YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

The teacher training and yoga school is registered and accredited by The Yoga Alliance.

Attending this course will not just empower and enable you to teach yoga techniques and meditation. The real gift will be a transformational process in which you’ll reach your limits, meet walls, face darkness… and move beyond them to become a more complete version of yourself – to become a Yogi.

The course includes the following:

1) Techniques, Training and Practise

Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for migraines and headaches, Yoga for stress relief,  Children’s Yoga,

Pranayama and Kriyas, Yoga Nidra and Meditation

2) Teaching Methodology

3) Anatomy and Physiology From a Yogic and Chinese Medicine Perspective

4) Yoga Philosophy/Ethics/Lifestyles

Including Ancient Yogic Texts, Yamas and Niyamas, Holistic Nutrition Science, Lifestyle, Ethics for Yoga Teachers

5) Practicum

(Sundays are off to recover and recharge)
