1. My teacher training:
My teacher training at AfroBuddha school of yoga was a truly amazing and incredible experience. If anyone is interested in doing a yoga teacher training course I would really recommend this course. Even if you are not interested in teaching one day it is still a great way to deepen your yoga practice and learn yoga philosophy. The course was so much more than just a teacher training course, it was an experience of immense personal and spiritual growth. I left the course feeling intense gratitude for the experience and with a feeling of wanting everyone to have this experience in their lifetime.
2. The AfroBuddha Teacher Training is a super special journey for the mind, body, and soul! Mirja made the course extra special by adding her authentic ‘touch’ to each module. If you would like to deepen your practice, create movement from within, learn more about the Yogic Path and gain the knowledge to share yoga with others, then this is the course for you! I’ve grown so much and I feel deeply grateful for this wonderful opportunity! Namaste!
3. I could probably write a whole essay on my experience, but I will keep it short and to the point………..
YOU are a PHENOMENAL teacher and human being, you personify all aspects of what it is to be a YOGI. I found the environment in which you taught safe, nurturing, loving, non-judgemental and caring and your teachings deep and thorough. The course was everything and more than I expected. I took away from the course not only a deeper knowledge and understanding of yoga, not only a certificate, not only a sisterhood…….. but a better version of who I AM and a clear understanding of which path I am destined to follow.
There are not enough words to give gratitude for your part in my journey!
Much love and light,
Namaste G xxx
