DESCRIPTION:TRE and Yoga Nidra  \nRelease\, Relax\, and Transform\n(led by Jessica & Mirja) \n\nIn this workshop\, we’re combining two very powerful techniques to facilitate deep and profound release and shift for body\, mind\, and soul. \nTRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) will start the process of release on a tangible physical level as you’re tapping into the Body’s natural stress releasing mechanism in the form of Neurogenic Tremors. \nYOGA NIDRA (Conscious “Sleep”) will continue the process and take you deeper into the release on a physical\, mental/emotional and karmic level as it clears out subconscious imprints. These imprints are the base of our behaviour patterns which seem to unravel like automatic programs.
